Delivery & Revisions

Your song, on your timeline

Standard delivery is within 7 calendar days. Optional upgrades are 3-day priority (+$29) or 24-hour express (+$59). The upgrade prices are added to your song price. Your total is shown before payment.

The delivery clock starts once payment is complete and we have your complete song details. The first finished song is delivered to the email address you provide. Check spam or promotions folders if you cannot find it.

Unlimited free revisions

Your song should feel personal. Request as many revisions as you need within 30 days of delivery, at no extra cost. Tell us what you’d like changed—we’ll help get your song right. Reply to your delivery email with your feedback, including any name pronunciation corrections or lyric adjustments. Revisions have a separate turnaround; contact us to confirm timing for a fixed event date. A new recipient or entirely different story requires a new song order.

Express delivery promise

If we miss the initial 24-hour express deadline after receiving payment and complete details, email songifter@gmail.com for a refund of the express upgrade fee. Your personalized song remains part of your order.

Digital delivery

This is a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped. Download and back up your finished audio when received. Delivery is handled by our team; submitting the form alone does not start production.

Email songifter@gmail.com with your order number. We will review problems with an undelivered or incorrect order individually. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
